🏔 Local Tax

The local tax is € 5.00 per person and night all year round.
👉 Children and teenagers up to 15 years of age are exempt from the local tax.

✉️ Booking & Reservation

Your booking becomes binding once you receive our written booking confirmation (via email).

A 50 % deposit of the total amount is due within 7 days by bank transfer.
👉 You’ll find our bank details in the booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is payable on arrival – either in cash or in advance by bank transfer.

🕓 Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Before your arrival, you will receive all important information by email – including your personal door code for the duration of your stay.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

• After that: no refund of the deposit

• In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount will be charged

👉 We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. at www.europaeische.at.

🚗 Parking

One free parking space is available directly at the house.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed. Thanks for your understanding!

🚭 Smoking

Hamatli is a non-smoking apartment.
👉 Smoking is allowed on the balcony and terrace.

📋 Additional Notes

Guest Registration & Guest Card
You are required to register upon arrival in accordance with Austrian law.
Your registration data (e.g. name, date of birth, nationality) will be processed digitally via Feratel.
