In accordance with Austrian registration law (§ 5 Meldegesetz), you are required to register with us. The following data will be collected:
First and last name
Date of birth
Gender
Nationality
Country of origin
Address (including postal code)
Type, number and issuer of travel document (for foreign guests)
Arrival and departure dates
This data will be stored in a guest registration system and retained for 7 years as required by § 19 of the Registration Act Implementation Ordinance.
The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
Technical processing is handled by Feratel Media Technologies AG, Innsbruck (data processor).
For statistical and tax purposes (local tax), data such as arrival, departure and country of origin will be forwarded to the Municipality of Kappl and the Tourism Association Paznaun-Ischgl.
In addition, anonymised data (postal code, year of birth) may be transferred for tourism statistics.
This processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e and f GDPR (public interest and legitimate interests).
If you wish to use the guest card, the personal data from your registration (e.g. name, date of birth, length of stay) will be used to issue and manage the card.
Depending on the situation, the legal basis is:

Contract performance (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)
The data will be used by the Tourism Association for billing purposes with local service providers. Data will be stored for a maximum of 48 months.
